Beyond the Earth is a registered non-for-profit, public benefits and education foundation that adheres to both the egalitarian and common heritage of humankind principles. This foundation is registered as a charitable entity within Scotland (SC048652) and the governing bylaws, as defined by the council of trustees, are available below along with relevant Annual Reports (AR).

CARBON FOOTPRINT:

We are continually looking for new ways to reduce the foundations' already small carbon footprint. To offset our annual footprint, we pay a voluntary carbon tax which directly contributes to native tree planting in the Cairngorm National Park, Scotland.
